Making a Purchase:

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All our usual terms and conditions and policies apply to Gift Vouchers. These terms and conditions will also apply to the purchase and redemption of our Gift Vouchers available at www.mgocshop.co.uk (‘Website’)

The use of gift vouchers fall under the following terms and conditions:

Gift Vouchers ordered through our Website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order. Our Gift Vouchers include unique numbers and configurable patterns.

Our Gift Vouchers must be redeemed on our Website, as full or part payment of products from our Website or HQ Shop. A Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Vouchers .

When ordering a Gift Voucher, you should ensure you enter the recipient’s email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Voucher.

Site offers and promotions (including gifts with purchase and discounts) do not apply when purchasing gift vouchers.
All Gift Vouchers are dated and expire 12 months from the date of issue.
Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift Vouchers can only be used to purchase MG Owners’ Club Merchandise or MG Owners Club Memberships or renewals.
Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed against products purchased in the same currency as the Gift Voucher.
Where products purchased online with a Gift Voucher are returned, monies owing will be refunded by a Gift Voucher.

We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

In the event of any dispute, the decision of MGOC Ltd is final.

Shipping And Handling Postage and Packaging:

Items supplied through the club are fully guaranteed and should any item fail to give complete satisfaction, it can be exchanged for another item or a refund for the cost of the item can be given.

Members can purchase in complete confidence. Care has been taken to ensure that specifications and prices are correct at the time of going to press, however we reserve the right to make subsequent alterations as circumstances dictate without prior notice. All measurements are for general guidance only and are of generous sizing.

Export Duty Charges:

Due to the need for additional documentation to meet new EU Customs requirements, the processing of the documentation by carriers will be chargeable by them, together with duty outside of the UK, and VAT at the rate payable in the country of receipt. In common with all other exporters to the EU, such charges are unavoidable and not calculable in advance.

Brexit:

The UK left the European Union on 31 December 2020 (Brexit), we would like to reassure all of our members and customers in the EU that we will still be able to ship orders directly to you as before.

We will no longer charge Tax (VAT) on orders to customers in the EU. Instead, our carriers will make the customs entry for you and advise of local Tax and any Duty that is due, prior to delivery. These amounts can be paid directly to the carrier, making the transaction simple and easy for you. For orders sent to Northern Ireland, duty charges do not apply and VAT will be collected when ordering as before

Rest of the World, P&P will be added depending on weight at checkout.

Delivery Schedule:

We deliver your order right away. We will normally despatch your order to you within 3 business days. International orders are generally despatched to you in under 7 days.

Next Working day delivery – are the days between and including Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends.

N.B. Next Working day delivery is not possible on personalised items.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders:

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be notified with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security:

When the order is placed on our website, credit card transactions are handled by our payment provider in accordance with current rules and regulations. We do not hold your card information in any form.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day guarantee.

MG Owners Club do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy:

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 30 working days (60 working days at Christmas) for a full refund on the item (excluding postage costs). Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or miss-described.

Any goods returned must be in re-saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
